I’m a truck driver and had to get my check sent western union. I called the store and told them the amount ahead of time because it was a kinda large sum, I was assured it was no problem to come on. After driving almost two hours to get there, the lady doing customer service rudely shoved my license back saying she couldn’t do that amount she didn’t have the money. I tried to explain I had called and verified but she wasn’t hearing nothing I had to say, could care less. Before leaving the parking lot, out of pure desperation I called the manager and explained the situation and he was able to come up with it for me and when I went back in was met by him near the door and a sweet young lady, Paola, handled my transaction and apologized and just made my day! The world needs more Paola’s!!!!

Kroger is definitely my go-to grocery store. With so many different stores to choose from, Kroger has the quality and variety. And as a bonus, the polite workers here will do my shopping for me with 'Click-list'!!!

The WORST click list I’ve ever used .. always missing items ..waiting over an hour multiple times while watching other cars come and go then finding out that they had forgotten my order...substituting things without approval and and I’ll say it again, forgetting OVER HALF of my items multiple times....this is unacceptable ...all I get from the managers are lousy verbal apologies and a refund that will take 2 to 3 days ....no.... I want my groceries the first time! Click list at White House TN is opposite of convenient and helpful. the managers do nothing to make it right or to make you want to come back.

I was surprised with the sanitation of this store, 1 star at best! Dirty. Out dated , it was. bad! It was busy but 1/3 of the customers didn’t wear masks. Very disappointed. I was just traveling thru.

Do not use curbside here unless you absolutely need to, I would recommend those that can just go inside and let those that need the service use it. I waited almost an hour for only a few things which ended being out of stock, now I feel like a jerk for seeing folks who really didn’t need to be going inside bake in the heat, they never updated my order to alert me to the issue in the app which could have avoided the issue all together as I just would of cancelled my order.
