It is sad to see the bad experiences described here! As for myself, I couldn't be happier with my first visit, via Zoom! I met with Ben L., he was charming and thorough, the meeting lasted an hour and not once did I feel he was rushing me or uninterested. I later had to call in a BP reading and the woman who took my call was courteous.
Love my therapist and my psychiatrist they are amazing people and actually care
