Mason, Cody, Robert from Servpro-did absolutely amazing! They were out in a timely manner, never complained about working after hours! Didn't leave until job completely! Hands down!! Would highly recommend!

I did not get the follow up inspections as promised on the moisture remediation equipment. I called multiple times and got no response. They left candy wrappers and water bottles on the floor of my house and garage. I told them all I wanted them to do the work of remediation of water and repair. They NEVER had anyone out to address the leaking roof. Even after I was told they would. Because I complained about the lack of follow up and treating my house like a trash bin I was informed 2-3 weeks later after we verbally agreed to have them fix it. When I called to say okay I didn’t get a call back again.(I left 3 msgs in 3 days) Finally I asked for one of the owners and he called me back. I told him I was ready to move forward. A week earlier I was told they need 1/2 up front. I made arrangements and I told them I wanted on the schedule. He said they didn’t think they would be able to meet my standards and it was better that I had someone else do it that they are too busy. When I advised that really puts me behind schedule getting repairs that I would make sure to write a factual review with what happened to me. He then advised me that White House Serv Pro records the calls. I advised good, keep them in case of subpoena in the future. All of the reasons I called a Serv Pro in place of a small one so I didn’t have to deal with no show or no call issues. That is why I was willing to pay the higher prices they charge. I also mentioned on the call to one of the owners my roof is still leaking and water getting inside. He said and I quote “It was dry inside when we left” no rain for a week and the next rain it was we! What a joke!

Servpro was great! I highly recommend working with Ryan Goad and his group. Very professional and will refer moving forward.

Tanner and Jousha was the most professional, courtesy, right on time. Efficient, treated my home and belongings as if they were their own. The very best customer service that I've ever had. I highly recommend any staff from the Whitehouse TN location.
