The ladies in this store are great to work with and really go the extra mile. I needed paint matched for my island, they were able to match it perfectly. I love in knoxville and it's worth the trip to harriman.
Went in to get some paint/stain. Shawna was great....very helpful. She was very knowledgeable about all the different types of paint finishes and explained them very well. I asked about paint sprayers and she had just about all the answers, and those she didn't, the brochures she gave me answered the rest. She even told me about some of the classes she attended through Sherwin Williams. Cool stuff! They're having a great sale starting Friday 24 June, 2020...40%off.nShe made some recommendations for another project and told us about how to prepare the surface for the new paint. It's nice to talk to someone so knowledgeable about paint/painting, unlike some of the bigger stores.
I always get great service here. The color selection on paints is great... I especially think their blues and greens have really nice hues.
Was pleasntly surprised when I arrived. The store hours were posted on the door and i was there a few minutes before closing with a piece of trim from my house to match the color. The assistant manager was very friendly snd offered to stay over and help me. 30 minutes later I was on my way back home with a gallon of the perfect color matched pant!
Employees are friendly, helpful and informative. Paint is great! Beautiful color and coverage.
