Such a delightful find in the quaint town of Loudon, TN! Exquisitely decorated with a wide range of products to support physical, mental, spiritual and emotional wellness. The passion of the owner is evident in every nook and cranny of this charming studio! Highly recommend to anyone interested in their personal well-being!

Nice place! Just a wonderful little small town shop...cozy, clean and bright. Great selection of quality product. On a more personal note; Good place to take a break...I love to sit and relax at the cafe table and enjoy a cup of one of the mushroom infused coffees. They are superb! If you are a health conscious person, you’ll love this shop.

Beautiful wellness studio in the heart of historic Loudon. The shop owner has paid attention to every last detail which is noticeable at first glance! One stop shopping for healthy snacks, supplements, essential oils, local elderberry syrup, yoga/meditation gear and more. It’s not just an average shop it’s an experience.. complete with coffee or tea while you browse! Can’t wait to go back!

This is an amazing and tremendously welcoming place! It is a one stop shopping gem for natural products for all of your wellness needs. All of the suppliers/products have been carefully researched in an effort to bring only the highest quality essential oils, CBD products and snacks to name a few. They also carry a nice selection of natural fabric apparel and other accessories. There is even something healthy for your pet! Personal have to haves are dõTERRA breathe respiratory drops which really help ease my allergy symptoms and Kiss My Face skin care products. Definitely check this place out. Well worth the drive to Loudon for any fellow west Knoxvillians.

This is the most wonderful store!InAll the products are top quality with wonderful prices.They not only carry essential oils but all kinds of vitamins,probiotics and health supplements.nThey also carry exercise clothing,socks etc..and exercise equipment.nI have purchased several brands of probiotics and they are all great!nThe snacks are all very healthy and Paleo and Vegan snacks are my favorite..I recommend the Paleo snack mix.nThe shoppe is beautifully decorated and all the staff are knowledgeable and friendly.We are very blessed to have this quality shop in Historic downtown Loudon!
