I have never seen a line in this particular store. This time however, the line was almost wrapped around to the grocery section. They had two people working that day and for some reason they decided to leave someone who had just started working there all by himself when the store was clearly packed. I guess the other person who was working was on a break. And while making sure that employee's get their required break is important, I know that if I was that other person and I seen that my store was backed up and I left a newbie in there. I would have cut my break short and helped with the customers because customer service is the only thing that is a must in any store setting. If I had a choice I would have waited for a manager and let them know that if it wasn't for the fact that I knew the guy was new, My Ol Man and I would have left and went somewhere else.
Associate who checked us out was very polite and courteous! I usually do not go to this Dollar General store because it isn't the one closest to my house, however I think I may go to this one more often!
Good store friendly and helpful employees
Drive over the road and stopped here to get some stuff, don't like Walmarts ud83eudd2dud83dude02 and place was stocked full of good stuff I bought more than expected, clean place and big, lady working this morning was extremely nice and helpful! She even held the door open when I left , October 04,2020 at 10am.
This location is like going 2 an indoor yard sale most of the time. Staff is a hit or miss with attitude.
