Very nice experience. Much better store than the East Brainerd road store which is a very poorly managed store.
The bakery crew Went above and beyond Expectations this Saturday / Easter weekend. My friend was having a wedding and her weddcake was ruined an hour before the wedding. I called Publix panicking and seeing what they could do. They made up a beautiful simple (I asked for simple) and delicious 2 tier wedding cake and delivered within 30 to 45 minutes. Just so thankful for this crew who were willing to take this order up right away and save the cake portion of this wedding. Thank you!
Seriously, y'all. Who doesn't like Publix? You walk in and are immediately greeted by a clean atmosphere, a beautiful assortment of flowers, and free cookies for the kids! I mean, let's face it, we don't go there for the prices, but I'd much prefer the quality of a steak or produce from there over just about anywhere else. And the staff is always so friendly and engaging. It's like they are given regular doses of candy to keep them happy! I'm onto you, Publix, and your friendly-candied-staff-trickery...

If I made more money, I would shop at Publix all the time. The store is so clean and well stocked. They have more variety than other markets in the area and I always find what I'm looking for. Everyone is so polite.
