Publix is a little higher but fresher produces. All the staff are above any other supermarket, big box store. Go out of their way to help happily even without being asked. I was so grateful when they moved up after I moved back up here from Florida. They were there and here very pro senior needs. I am thankful for them. I went today 1st time having to use electric cart, it's a little embarrassing, irritating but the kindness of employees and shoppers is appreciated more than any price difference it all balances out.
The employees here are always nice and helpful. I appreciate that they seem to take everything going on seriously and still manage to be kind to others. Last time I was here a kind woman working at the deli helped me get some fried chicken after everything sold out. I deeply appreciated her assistance when she really didn't have to
This location employs the absolute nicest people in Chattanooga. I don't know if their is a personality test they have to pass or what but it's great. From special orders to add on requests, questions, or just to say hi they are awesome. I have probably 10 choices of places to shop that are closer to my house and I will pass them all to come here. Thank you for doing such a great job!
I had an issue with my online deli order not processing correctly, Jackie the store manager and Sara the deli manager quickly resolved the issue and took measures to ensure the mistake didn't happen again. Great customer service by the leadership team. They are very helpful considerate and professional.
I had an issue with the self check out and before I could ask for help someone was already there to correct the problem.
