We Just purchased a new to us Catalina Coachmen from Camping World in East Ridge. Our first time here and we were rather impressed. Zach was our Salesman and he was very nice and to the point. He wasn't pushy on anything! He answered all of our questions and told us what would be good and beneficial with financing and what was worth investing in with warranties. We definitely don't have buyers remorse! I'm super excited that our experience here was good and ready for the experiences we're going to make in the future with our boys camping!

We recently had an issue with our camper that we purchased less than a month ago. The service manger (Jeff) was prompt and helpful. Today we had the pleasure of meeting Bill who helped us on site, it was more than obvious that Bill goes above and beyond and it’s just not a job for him. He is professional and super nice!! My experience so far seems like the employees at camping world have a high standard of customer service and understand the importance of the little details.
Camping World of Chattanooga has a very personable and professional staff that will help you find the camper that best fits your needs. My wife and I are new to the travel trailer side of camping and needed a bit of advice through the process. We had all of our questions answered, advice on things we didn’t know we needed, and the staff ensured we would be ready to hit the road once we got there. I live 18 hours from this location and chose them based on the staff. Kim, John, Thomas, Eric, and Phillip made our first travel trailer buying experience wonderful.
Shelby was a delight! Super helpful and knowledgeable on her work. Excellent customer service skills and made me feel like I wasn’t just any other customer. I Will definitely return for more purchases and will be asking for Shelby! I believe her last name started with a T, I’ll still be on the look out.
