Jet's Pizza

Ordered online, wait said 60 minutes. Called an hour and a half later, whoever on the phone said it would be another hour and a half or we could pick it up in 45minutes. Was told they haven't even started cooking it yet. Talked to the manager who said they had no drivers and the general manager was driving. She then told us our order was already cooked and on its way to be delivered, we will see..

Delivery times are always listed at 60 minutes, which is a long time for a pizza, but often they can't even get a pizza out in that time. My last order was placed at 4pm and still hadn't arrived at 7pm. I had called twice to check on the status and was assured it was going out next. The office stopped answering their phone at 7pm.

Can't believe I waited 35 minutes for some burnt ass pizza. And it was carryout not delivered.

Love Jets pizza but the guy who works here is VERY rude. Very bad customer service. Was very short with us when taking our order and when he brought the food out we told him thank you 3 times and he said nothing and just walked away. Won't be coming back. I have been at other locations and they were always nice. The guy here needs a new line of work.
