Great smoothie! Not so great customer service.

two of us went to get smoothies. I got a mangofest and blueberry yogurt smoothie. We both got a small and the total was 21.17. And before we got the receipt the worker threw it away. Please choose another location with better workers who don’t steal.

Not really sure what’s going on here. I walked in and tried to use a coupon for a BOGO. The young woman behind the counter looked at me like I was crazy and had no idea how to ring it out. They then said order it for pickup through the app for the deal? That didn’t let me as it said it wasn’t accepting orders. Back to the store where they couldn’t figure out the coupon at all even thought it’s in my app! I had to pay with card, so back to the car to get my card. I order from the Bellevue location about 5/7 days and never ever ever have any issues like this. The girl apologized multiple times and said she was new, so I get that. Why is someone who knows anything not here to help her?nnAs I type this I heard the guy behind the counter ask what the enhancer I ordered and paid for even is? I feel like I’m on a reality show as I keep hear them apologizing to other customers for so many different reasons.nnJust to recap...nCan’t use the coupon for a free smoothie that expires today.nIn and out of a smoothie store 3 times to place an order?nI know more about my order than the people behind the counter.nPaid for an enhanced that I don’t know if I’m getting.nAnd also a customer brought their smoothie back in because it tasted awful.nTook 25 minutes to get a smoothie?nnGo to Bellevue! Please!

Poor communication and customer service skills. Never received the smoothie that I paid for.

I've gone to many Smoothie Kings in the Nashville area and this one by far is the best I've had. In other locations I've either had ice chunks or they just tasted bad. At this location, Maya makes them consistently great quality and I'm so glad to finally have found a location I can rely on! She's so polite and friendly as well.
