It was fine. They have the hats that my wife and I wanted. One of the salesman sold us on a cool embroidery that they had done in the shop on one of the hats! We were excited and wanted to have our hats done the same way. Thesalesman show this to his coworker who was in charge of doing the embroideries, and his coworker was everything but helpful.he spent about 20 minutes complaining about how none of the files in the embroidery computer or organized and so he can't find anything.we kept hinting that I should not get the embroidery done and come back a different day. Finally after 20 minutes of hearing him complain I was completely disgusted and decided just to buy the hats and go to a different location to get the embroidery finished.
Bought a hat last Friday. It was a little snug so I went back today to exchange it and the guy behind the counter acted like I’d stolen it. “I’ve never in my life seen that hat before now and I’ve worked here a long time.” He changed his attitude when I showed him my receipt. He wasn’t helpful at all in looking to find the right size online when I told him I’d already looked for what I needed on the rack. It felt like I interrupted his evening by walking in and causing him to get off his phone and help a customer. I got a refund and left.
On a side note, his bluetooth speaker blasting garbage music about a guy pleasuring himself was wildly inappropriate.
My husband loves this place cause there are always deals on his sportswear and the service is always friendly and helpful.
Staff was rude and unhelpful. Especially Jay. Selection is limited as well. Avoid. Better selection and service in competitor stores.
Went in to buy a hat and Jay couldn't even bother to look up from his cell phone. Apparently it was more important than the customers in front of him so I walked out.
