Why even bother being open if you can’t try anything on? I tried on a jacket, put in back on the hanger, then the manager came over and asked me VERY rudely which one I just tried on. She rolled her eyes at me then snatched the jacket off the rack. Y’all should just save yourself money and close this store, make it completely online. This is not the first time I’ve been treated like dirt at this location. Not sure if I’ll continue shopping at AE anymore...
Customer service here is horrible. I have attempted to shop here a couple times and every time I walk out without making a purchase due to how rude some of the associates are. My last attempt was this past weekend and I asked to speak to a manager and now I can see where the employees get their customer service skills from. I am done giving them chances. I love the clothes, especially the jeans but I will be sticking to online shopping when I want to purchase from them.

Olivia is the bomb! Every time I go in she makes shopping so much fun!
Really nice to have American eagle near my house but there is not much variety of products in the store... I was hoping to see the size of leggings but no leggings but only jean products. And accessories are displayed near the cashier but only few products... Also I was not sure of the clearance is really clearance without any marking on the price tag...
