The pharmacists have always shown care and concern. Would not go anywhere else to get prescriptions. The store manager, Andrea, is exceptional as well.

Made an appointment online to get a flu shot. I show up on time, and the pharmacy tech looked at me and said, “Oh, we just gave out the last one. We’re out.” No sorry, no offer to find another location, nothing. The terrible customer service trend continues at this location I guess. I get that stuff is weird right now, but why allow appointments and have people to show up to tell them you’re all out? The nice folks at Walgreens were happy to help, but they had to call CVS to get them to back it out because they’d logged it with my insurance already.

I came at 8:57 p.m. on January 28th 2021 I needed a vitamin and the store was already locked. Good thing Walgreens across the street are open till 10 p.m.

Besides being overpriced the people in the pharmacy are very rude. They act like they're doing you a favor to wait on you.

So I’m standing directly in front of their secured restroom, and the sales associate tells me he has to go check out a customer before he can let me in the restroom. The sales associate was incredibly kind, professional, and apologetic. Sadly, the store was seriously understaffed and ONE gentleman was handling the entire store. I’m a regular customer and probably spend too much $ at CVS... but it’s convenient! Very sad to see how badly they are overworking their employees and clearly not to any customer’s benefit.
