Very low quality of customer service.nThis is in covid times. So I don't know if it's an acceptable level of service. But we went in there for black friday. First off is getting in the doors. They had two people outside. They told every customer to sign Into this paper with a qr code... Fine we did, they said it would be an hour... Exhausting, but that's the times we live in.nThis is when it got shady. Scanning the qr worked for me. Many, many people scanned the code and it told them it was impossible to join the queue.nnLots and lots of People got kicked out of line and came up to the booth and said they never got a text message saying they were next.nnOnce we got in the store. Zero people welcomed us or told us about the deals for black friday or asked us if we needed help.nnThe prices were unreliable. We looked at two exact items same color size and material. They had two different sales prices for the same item.nnI'm not very happy with the level of service I received. But it's the closest store in nashville. I'm sure my girlfriend will still buy your stuff but I was unhappy.nI did see people getting good care. Which is why I didn't put 1 star. So maybe they were really, really busy. But hire more staff if you want a certain level of care to be provided for everybody.

Took my granddaughter. My first visit. Quality merchandise, and even better 25% military discount! We will be back.
