Oak Hall

This is a wonderful classic-chic boutique for men and women. I love the styling!! And they fit your clothes for you as well. The associates have a great eye for what looks good on you and they are genuinely nice - no pretext or snobbery here. A true 5 star venue earned on every level.

I would consider myself a regular. There are always smiling faces when you walk through the door. They work to serve and it’s always nice to see the owner of an establishment working on the floor just as hard as everyone else. They don’t treat you like another sale, they treat you like family. To me, that means everything. I’d rather pay the premium price and get their personalized service than go somewhere big box and not be helped as much. Thanks, ladies and gentlemen!

If I could give Oak Hall 100 stars I would. We bought my husband's [beautiful] wedding suit here last summer (we live in Washington State and were getting married in Washington State). We ordered the suit and had it delivered, and ended up needing some slight alterations. We found a place in Seattle that we thought would do a nice job... They all but ruined the suit. It was pulling and wrinkled in all the wrong directions, and we were only 3 days out from our wedding day. It was a disaster. I called Oak Hall to see if they could somehow help us, and they seriously saved the day. We overnighted the suit to them, their tailor fixed what the people in Seattle had done, and they overnighted it back to us in time for our wedding. I am so grateful for their customer service and all around incredible business. Not to mention the suit is perfection. Thank you, Oak Hall, for saving a big part of our wedding, and for being all around good people. If we lived in Nashville we would shop here all the time!

Classy spot, this place is great. Normally I wouldn't really be able to afford to shop here regularly, but I was buying a new suit for a special occasion. This is a cool store, love the style, and if I had the money I would be in there all the time. I never write reviews, but the service I received at Oak Hall more than earned great feedback. They take really good care of you, have great knowledge of their products, and made me feel like a high roller while I was trying on suits (even though my budget was far from the more expensive suits they carry). Not only that, but I was looking for a particular style tie, which I could not find in the store. A Sales Rep. that was helping me took my information and spent her own time trying to find the right tie for me. She emailed me the next day saying she found a couple I might like at the Memphis location, and had them shipped up to Nashville for me to check out. I went back a week later and sure enough one of the ties was exactly what I was looking for. Oh, and the alterations ARE included in the price of of the the suit, no extra fees or charges. Also, you can have a cold beer or sip on some whiskey while you shop. Big thanks to Lyndsay and Brent for all your help.

Chris and his staff are beyond professional. I’ve shopped here multiple times and have never walked out dissatisfied. The selection of clothing is top notch! I’ve found this to be my go-to place for whenever I need anything personally or especially when shopping for birthdays or holidays. Conveniently located in Green Hills. Check them out!
