Belle Meade Service Center

This is by far one of the best service centers. Ben(owner) has been in the business for decades and can service any vehicle. We have been taking our vehicles(BMW X5, Mercedes GL450, Jeep Grand Cherokee) there for years. The service, price, value and customer service have always been top notch. I've used this place for over 20 years for 100% of my car repairs, tires, batteries, etc. (I've sworn off ever going to the dealer again). Ben has now bought the business from Kaya, who has retired. I've found them to be honest and fair and I trust them completely. The get any brand of tires I want, with very little markup. It so easy when you have a long relationship with a repair place.

I bought a motor from these guys, I realized it was missing parts and contacted them immediately. They admitted the issue and assured me the parts (I already paid for) would be delivered free of cost the next day. They were never delivered.nnIt has now been over 6 weeks and they are avoiding my calls/ messages.nnShady bunch of folks here.

They are extremely fair priced and go above & beyond at being neighborly !! ❤
