Very friendly and helpful. I went there today because the screw on my hitch bike rack wasn't coming out, and they got it out and recommended I use an alternative pin instead. Didn't charge me anything. I'm definitely going back there for service.

Lawson & Son saved the day! I was able to drop my car off in the morning, got a call before end of day with an update. Needed more work so left it one more day. Got called the very next day before end of day - all work done and ready to go. They broke down all my options with price points and gave their recommendation and advice. I felt fully informed each step of the way. This is how it should be everywhere - super pleased and will be using them for all my future car work.
