KYLER IS AN AMAZING STAFF MEMBER! I come to lush consistently to keep up with products I use. Not only did Kyler inform me on new products I haven’t tried and might like in addition to or instead of, the entire interaction was just fabulous. Best experience at Lush yet, in maybe the 10+ years I have been a customer. How funny because it’s all in the hallway now due to Covid! Amazing customer service, thank you!! :) 20/10.
Gill was SO helpful today! She answered all of my many questions and told me about each product I was interested in. Even sent me home with a sample of something I'm hoping to come back for another time. I LOVE LUSH and will shop here forever.
