They lied by telling you they are the only place that sells original fragrances, the other places sell fakes or “expired” fragrances haha, and they also try to sell you fragrances for 100$ when you can find them for 20$ almost everywhere else. SCAMMERS
I’m wondering how this place is still around. They sold my husband fake fragrances & told him they were guaranteed. It smells as if you put vinegar and pepper inside a bottle. We tried to return and they refused service. We disputed with the bank in which they denied because “the merchant did not receive the product back”.. uhm how is this my issue? The “merchant” refuses returns after guaranteeing us with the service. So now I’m out $160 & have fake product?! This place is a joke.
Eh Nordstroms better
This place is a rip off! Do not buy here. They mark up their inventory 100% + and try to tell you that they have “fresh” inventory. They accept absolutely no returns even if the product is unopened. It’s disgusting how they treat their customers. Lies and greed.
I’d give 0 stars if possible! Sold us an “$89” cologne, got home and checked online and it’s only $23!
