Once I placed my order I was told that my delivery order would arrive within 35mins but yet it took 50mins for my order to be delivered. When I tried to reach the facility I was put through to six different associates at a call center which was beyond ridiculous. These are the reasons behind the poor rating.
This restaurant is certainly one of the finest restaurants in the neighborhood. Every time I go there I am exceedingly happy. They manage their very high level service and the highest level of meals they provide. You are always happy with this place. Very recommended.
Tried to order simple wings with sauces on the side and she couldn't comprehend simple instructionsnGiving attitude when she's exactly repeating what your saying but in different fashion. Pls hire more competent employees who can get the job done.
I know I asked for thin crust and no cheese...but this thing is paper thin and burnt because it barely has any sauce. Also very stingy with the pepperoni
