does not honor rewards program... even after punching im my number he hit a few buttons on his computer and charged me full price instead of advertised $1 coffee i paid almost $3 after tax.
The coffee tasted so bad once i got to my car i had to throw it away.
No change instead they want to give you old food. That's sits there all day the one lady is always on the phone can't understand them no public bathroom place has gone to hell since the last manger left I used to go here everyday I will take my business somewhere else
I came in for a simple cup of coffee. Nothing special. The coffee is stale and cold in the Insulated jugs! This tells me it's been like 4 hours since coffee was made. clerk proceeds to tell me that they don't make coffee after 3 pm. That's a lie or against 7.11 policy. Once I mentioned that? Gee he makes coffee. This store has always had a strange vibe to it. So this time we will post our frustration. The other stores are fine, this store suffers.
Except for the owner every employee acts like they don't want to go there
Mehir the manger is a good kind guy and had made the place allot better he works very hard
