Pizza Hazel has one of the best pizzas in the Lowell area hands down. The staff are very lovely and they are very helpful!! They were very quick to help resolve a small delivery issue I had AND I got to eat one of the best buffalo pizzas I ever had. Whenever we are having a family gathering or a sports night we make sure to order our food from Pizza Hazel!!! Delicious food and exceptional service. Thank you!

I tried them many times at large orders, they are excellent at large scheduled orders, food for 60 people and every single person liked the food. Schedule your order never disappointed .

This is my first time ordering from this place and I am disappointed!! I ordered a chicken Caesar salad with steak tips. All I got were steak tips and about 5 pieces were just fatty pieces it was gross. So I call back to see if they can bring me chicken ( because that’s what I originally ordered anyway) and he says he got me next time. So i ask them to refund me for the chicken because i was charged extra and there wasn’t going to be a next time. They did not want to refund me or bring me chicken so I hung up the phone. I never write reviews because I understand mistakes can be made but I do not appreciate how they handled me or THEIR mistake. That’s why they get 1 star.
