I grew up in Westford - been eating Brickhouse pizza since I was a kid. I moved away for college several years ago and just ordered from Brickhouse again for the first time in ages... and it was just as good as I remembered it!! Thanks for making such amazing pizza all these years. Looking forward to the next visit!

We have been customers here for years at this point and enjoyed the pizza and subs. We have never had an issue here, the food generally takes as long as they tell you it will take, maybe a few extra minutes of wait time, but this experience was like no other. When I called to place my order they told me it would take 35 minutes. My boyfriend waited over an hour and a half and when he asked for his money back they said it would only be a few more minutes. At this point of constantly being lied to and being told it was almost ready, he got his money back and left. I can empathize when a take out restaurant is busy. But an hour and 30 minute wait on a Thursday night with no big sporting event occurring is definitely out of the norm. We will never be coming back here again, and I’m sure we are not the only ones.

10-4-2020n3rd time during PANDEMIC I popped in -n3rd time I saw ridiculous chaos of Mask wearing. Tall thin guy taking pizza out of oven with mask Under chin. Blonde cashier constantly taking mask on and off. ud83dude21nOther various employees in other stages of having masks halfway on or not wearing them.nI think I’m going to stop going to brick house until the pandemic is somehow resolved.
