Called to place an order whoever answered thd phone was VERY rude we asked for a price of the family box and was told she didn't know until she put in what we wanted. She end up putting it in as our order then got an Attitude when we end up not wanting it yelled to the pizza maker to stop making the order the whole time I was trying to make my order all u can hear was her phone alerts going off & ringing she talking & playing with the other coworkers I had to keep saying hello to see if she even paying me any attention PEOPLE WHO COME IN OR CALL TO SPEND THEY MONEY SHOULDN'T HAVE TO PUT UP WITH THIS KIND OF FOOLISHNESS or an employee's attitude

I ordered 20 pizza's for a Church luncheon on Sunday and needed the pizza's at 11:30am. Not only did they have them ready but they were hot, well made and delicious!!! They even met me at the door and helped me load them!!!!

The dining room was not available.most things on menu was not available .torn seat benches.i asked no mushrooms and i orderd breadsticks didn't get them either.

The front end employee was very rude. On her phone.I was in line for pick up and she bypassed me to take an order of a friend of hers that was behind me. Then proceeded to cop an attitude when I mentioned that I had been in line next. Unbelievable! As much as my family and I love Pizza Hut, this one shop needs real customer service training. I will travel to another Pizza Hut before going back there.

No delivery service offered and slow service when I had to go in the store and pick the pizza. The dining area was stacked full with empty pizza boxes being put together by an employee. My question...how can these boxes be free of germs and contamination or even COVID19 when they are just put together sitting around? How many people came in and coughed or sneezed on them? This is a dangerous policies and practices!!
