Asked for no mayo but my sandwiches both had that nasty stuff on them. Lettuce was not fresh so I just took it off. My last time was pretty quick but sometimes this place can take a long time for food. My wife's orders always seem to come out fine here so maybe it's just me...
I’m not even sure if this is the right Wendy’s but if it is y’all need to schedule better because those poor girls were struggling and needed help. 5 stars to those girls for putting up with that. 1 star for the management and leaving them alone in the food industry knowing good and well that place is busy.
The best thing about my visit was the courteous staff in the drive thru. My food was far from that! The chicken nuggets appeared to have been dropped in hot oil to reheat after I placed my order. They were as hard as they look in this picture. I was extremely disappointed as this was not my first time experiencing this. I thought it would have gotten better.
This windy is is completely understaffed, and we probably waited in the drive-thru over 30 minutes. Cars were getting out of the line, it was bad. Seems like there was only maybe two people in the whole place working, and they were doing all of the jobs. Management might want to staff better
No one was wearing their mask properly so I'm not entirely sure why they even bothered if they couldn't cover their mouths or noses. Also the food was far from fresh. Would not recommend.
