The gentleman that came to help us install our new water heater was wonderful. He made sure that we knew about the rebate we were eligible for. Our new water heater was damaged and had a faulty part but he dealt with the manufacturer for us immediately to get us the part. He really took care of us and was very personable. Great service all around.

Last refuge type job. You work with all types of people who just want to make a check and move on. The company times can seem backwards. Worked at the McCloud site, woman at the trailer wore an X flag patch everyday and had an incredible attitude. The guy at the plumbing trailer had an attitude whenever you asked him for materials. But he was super nice if you smoked with him. Overall its a job for people in transition. This company could be much better than it is. Good luck

Rivers plumbing company is a very good Plumbing business to work for I had the chance to meet a lot of nice people if I had a chance to work for them again I would but no problem

They were to fix my mom's sink never showed and the other one City plumbing robbed her .....so by them not showing my mother was robbed. Thanks Rivers.
