America best general manager Paul Jones was the rudest manager that o hate to say but I paid cash 490.00 got .87 cents back and while I'm paying a very young girl first day and looks like I did pay for 4 pair glasses because 4 came in and she ordered 2 i did not pick any actually because I was treated bad from picking out glasses to have someone buy name Karen made a receipt 2 seconds before I paid and said I owed 41.14 lie. This was nov 19 2020 and Nov 30th she went back in for mean manager who took 41.14 and told corporate I only paid 448.00 lie then because I called complaining about how rude and mean Paul Jones was and picking up glasses he had run around counter are you happy now mrs perritte really ugly my friend tried getting refund but I tried working with him but he just wouldn't rering me up infront me behind my back he oo.oo my receipt. Now I paid cash Barbra from corporate gave me special number because I have been looking for refund 448.00 like she and two other women keep me looking since December and said they mailed one on November 30th just to lie not to help someone who paid to much and major attitude when employees messed up order and changed me for 4. If I paid cash the receipt should not been cashed out unless I was present or you were giving me money back right. I go to Walmart my receipt stays same unless I bring receipt saying different. He stole my husband's money and over charged me but cashed my whole ticket out like I never was there now they don't want fix broken glasses. Cheep made because sister in law broke and got before me went back and he gave her 30% off but really socks it to me .paid little over 100 but I'm charged 498.14 for 2 pair but mine wrong up twice 4 pair why 2 for 59.99.
