Gregory Electric Company, Inc.

This company was dispatched to me through a home warranty contract. An appointment was made and the serviceman called and said his GPS had him 40 miles from my home and he could not come because it was close to knock off time. He asked what the problem was and I told him and he made the conclusion that my warranty would not cover it. We made a new appointment and he showed up. I showed him the problem light switches and he again said they were not covered. He never removed a cover or looked at any wiring. He just kept stating he knew it was not covered under my warranty. So I asked if he knew what plan I had bought. He said no and I said then you don't what my warranty covers. By this time I had enough of this guy. He had wasted two afternoons of my time because of his ineptitude and his unwillingness to even diagnose the problem. I showed him the door. Terrible customer service.nnIf you would like a copy of my warranty I would be happy to send it to you. If your employee had done his job and diagnosed the problem and called the warranty company to see if it was covered without making the decision on his own things would have been different. Had he called the company and they denied the claim I would have gotten him to repair and paid for it.nnAs far as not charging me, I don't usually pay for a guy to walk in my house and make assumptions.nnYour company may be great but on this day your employee at best was marginal and put your company in bad light.

Sent someone to my home he removed my washer to get to my breaker box never placed the water hose how he found it so when I used it and came back to garage. The garage was flooded water was coming down the wall from the water hose from washing machine. On top of that the electrical outlets he never placed back how he found them so I have exposed wires around the house. Called the company to complain receptionist was nonchalant about the whole situation.

Not a good company at all to work for. They keep an ad up for a service position because of the position. Nobody wants it. I still have not recieved my final check from these guys.
