No stars! Terrible customer support, failed to deliver the generator that was paid for. Refuses to answer calls or emails. Would never, ever recommend that anybody contract this company to do any work for you. Not an authorized Generac dealer / installer as their website professes. I will be getting the law involved with this owner for breach of contract.

Generator showed no run on weekly test. I called Watts Electric and immediately got in contact with technician. He responded very fast to my home and found and corrected issue. Thanks for the fast response.

Do NOT hire this business for your Generator installation. Service dept. is a total JOKE..! Had two drive 2 hours to Moncks Corner, threatening Paul Blackwell with legal action to get maintenance service we had already paid for. Run from this business as fast as you can. Totally incompetent clowns.!!

Such a frustrating experience - placed an inquiry with Generac, the folks from Watts came out and gave me a quite, and I hired them. Paid the bulk of the cost upfront in late May - hoping to be ready for hurricane season. Now it is September, my first evacuation starts tomorrow, and I have no platform, no generator, and no answer for a timeline to get this done. Not a professional company to deal with and seemingly no sense of urgency to get tasks accomplished/completed on time.

It is very unfortunate that Watts Elec. was not staffed to cover the work load they received from Lowe's on generic orders, they were prompt to come out get the contract and get paid upfront, then they would not even return calls about getting the unit delivered or install - UNLESS You called the Lowe's Corporate office then and only then did Watt's Electric return your call.nnHowever Lowe's did add another contractor to complete the work load Watt's could not keep up with.nnPaid for in Oct 2017 told it would be complete in Mid December 2017 here is Feb 13th 2018 and we have Thousands of dollars setting in the back yard waiting on another contractor to finish the job, (all of the before the snow storm in late Dec.2017, which Watt's tried to use as an excuse.)
