Great place to park to hike or bike the Palmetto Trail or bike the many gravel roads of the Francis Marion National Forest. Cell phone reception is spotty though. So be prepared and download or bring a map if you're not familiar with the area.
Woods full of hunters today. Not the best day for riding bikes in the woods.
Access to the Palmetto Trail here. Cool historic firetower.
