Staff was not knowledgeable of inventory. Couldn't offer a quick suggestion. Was later in the morning after their rush, not sure what issue was. Had a sourdough bacon and egg sandwich which was amazing for the price. But very dry. Needed mayo or butter on inside of bread. Tried to order donuts but person got annoyed I asked what they had left after rush.

Walked in the store this morning because drive threw line was out into the street. I did not have a mask but respectfully wore my shirt over my face. I was told they would not serve me and I had to leave. No my cloth shirt is not good but the 4 other customers with cloth masks is ok ?nIf your going to follow cdc guidelines then make everyone wear N95. Never will go back to this store.

Never order doordash from this dunkin. They always mess up!!! My husband decided to give it another go after I warned him it's better to just go there. We ordered 2 bagels Hash browns and a coffee. When we got the order it was coffee and hash browns. My husband placed another order after getting our refund and they sent us 2 completely wrong bagels and sandwiches. So they managed to mess up 2 orders in the matter of an hour. You can't call them to complain their number doesn't work.. even when going in I've given up on paying for extra bacon because they never actually get it right. I only trust one girl that works there that's the only reason I gave it a 2 instead of a 1

They have been very slow lately, and they basically ignore you. Even when they aren’t even busy. This has happened two days in a row. One day I ordered off the app and they still had be wait in the store (10 minutes after I made my order) for about 25 minutes, causing me to be late for what I had to do that day. Today I got a breakfast sandwich I’ve had before, it was gross and the cheese was cold. Totally don’t recommend.

Asked for cup of ice and got some quality ice! This Dunkin location is amazing! Ice from this location is much better than the ice from other locations. The tall man at the window was very cool and well mannered. I highly recommend this location!
