1 star for employees not acknowledging you when you arrive, I feel like they look right through you. I shouldn't have to announce that I'm there. I don't feel welcomed. The young group of employees need to speak up and make you feel like you belong there. The donuts and coffee are really good (my opinion). But the staff, another story. All employees wearing masks. Very dissatisfied

The lady that took my order in the drive through was so sweet and patient. I have a hard time picking a low calorie coffee drink and couldn't decide right away, but she never rushed me or sounded annoyed. She even provided suggestions and I really enjoyed my iced coffee. The donuts were fresh and delicious.

This is a great Dunkin. Aside from them often being out of some syrups (which I can overlook because they're in the middle of town) they are great! The staff has always been friendly and done whatever they can to make you happy and fulfill your order to the best of their abilities. For how busy they are, they do tend to fulfill orders pretty quickly.

The drive through is busy but efficient. I know that this doesn't have anything to do with a review of this business, but I noticed that several vehicles in line in front of me were receiving receipts when they got to the window. When I pulled up the clerk informed me that the person in front of me had paid for my order. She also stated that this had been going on all morning. I paid for the car behind me. I hope the trend lasts all day. Thank you to whoever it was that paid for my order.

Lobby is closed and they only have the drive through open. I work next door and ride a bike, so now I can't actually get anything there anymore. Their social distance protocol inside the store was flawless--dine in was closed and order/pickups were contactless. Not allowing customers in is absolutely ridiculous.
