The service is always good and the products taste great. It would, however, be nice if the employees followed the mandatory face mask requirement. I understand how constantly talking can cause the mask to move down but today when getting an order two male employees who were making the drinks and grabbing donuts were wearing their masks at their chin as if deliberately placed there.
Quick and easy with the app. My order is always correct. Staff at this location is always kind and courteous. Great coffee and sweets!
I have to say that this location is one of the best I’ve ever been to! No matter what time of day, everyone here is always super nice and they get my order done quickly and perfectly every single time (And I know how crazy it can get in the mornings)! I’ve come a few times lately in the busy mornings and no matter how long the line is I’m usually out of it in 5-10 minutes max. They’re killing it here!ud83dude01
I waited in the curbside pickup for 20 minutes AFTER I checked in on the app. There was a woman with a sick/fussy baby in the curbside pick up right next to me also waiting. I finally gave up and went in and there were our orders sitting on the counter and 2 employees standing behind the counter not doing anything and looked completely shocked when I came in. People do curbside for a reason! I had 4 dozen donuts that would have been nice to have help loading in to my car and that woman had a sick baby she was trying to keep entertained. It should not have taken that long.
Great donuts super friendly staff exactly what you would first thing in the morning.
