Insanely inconsistent with the drinks... I get a vanilla cream cold brew every time and it's either got zero cream, just enough or way too much. Lately it's been almost no cream so we've been asking for extra cream and that usually works well enough. Today we did the same and our coffee is 90% cream to the point the liquid looks like off color milk, it's so bad it's comical. Recommend having a training day with all the staff to cover proportions when making various staple drinks. I'd get it if it was some crazy custom drink, but a vanilla cream cold brew is about as simple as it gets.

This location is the absolute worst. Always seem to get something incorrect ud83eudd14. I make the same drink every time I order, so needless to say I know exactly how to order it so it’s made the way I like it! But for some reason these people who work here can’t get it right. But then want to charge me almost $3 extra to add espresso to a drink that should have more in it LIKE IT ALWAYS DOES AT EVERY OTHER LOCATION! Y’all need a whole new staff at this one or somebody from another facility needs to come in to retrain them because it ain’t working. Do better Nexton Starbucks workers...DO BETTER!

I have had the same drink at starbucks for the last 15 years. When I complained about the odd taste at this Starbucks - I was met with opposition and no courtesy even though I was very discrete when telling the girl the issue I was having. I wont go back. Much more pleasant Starbucks in the area.

Easily one of the best Starbucks to go to in this area. Staff is always super friendly and I’ve never had a problem with the drinks!

Went through the drive through and the kid with the red beard was super nice and treated me like I was his only customer even though they were extremely busy.nnThey also made my drink perfectly, which not many Starbucks do.
