Normally I get excellent customer service at this store but today was different I wasn’t greeted with the same pleasant tone as the other ladies waiting once the young lady got all the other drinks out I stood patiently not rushing no complaints. She starts cleaning slowly like she is finished with the orders I walk up to maybe see if I’m overlooking my drink the young lady has a nasty look on her face and says what’s the name on your order and quickly makes the order with a attitude I get a mumbled sorry for your wait and she walks off I’m a woman of color and know when I’m being treated different because of the color of my skin it’s 2021 please teach your kids differently

When I pay almost $7 for a drink I expect it to be prepared correctly. If I say no caramel that means no caramel. This is the 2nd time this has happened. I'm not allowed to have sugar and order my drinks accordingly. When I questioned as to why there was caramel in my drink I was told it's just there... SERIOUSLY??? Y'all gotta do better...

Emmy is awesome!! Whenever she works the drive through is moves fast! She’s kind and friendly too!!nnEditing to remove 2 stars because of my experience with Chandler in the drive through. I was having an anxiety attack this morning and forgot to preplace my order. I come here almost every single morning and I use the app, I know how it works. I just forgot to go ahead and place the order as I was having an anxiety attack.nnI get there, and there are three cars ahead of me and the line is packed to the window. So I go ahead and place the order on my phone. I wait for three minutes while the cars in front of me are placing orders. It’s my turn so I pull up to the speaker, and let them know that I have a mobile order.nnChandler takes the time to tell me that from now on I need to place the order ahead of time to give them enough time to make the food. Which I could understand had there of been nobody else in line. And, I actually have made the effort before to pull over in the Lowe’s parking lot, place the order, wait several minutes, and then pick up my food.nnSo I just say OK and wait there at the speaker for the next car to pull up. From the time that I told Chandler my name and that I had a mobile order to the time that I got to the window was about seven minutes.nnWhen I got to the window, my order was ready I did not even have to stay stationary for very long.

Employees have awesome attitudes, always a great welcome. They wear their mask. I use the drive thru, even if it looks busy, the long line moves relatively quick. The cappuccino is always delicious.

This place is a nightmare.nWaited over 45 minutes for two coffees, one was just a cup of black coffee.nWhen we approached the barista questioning the black coffee she gave us a nasty attitude and handed us an empty cup saying she had to brew more coffee.nJust absolutely ridiculous!nNever going to this location again. Always an issue here.
