Awesome as always. They are as efficient as possible while also trying to make sure every order is just as expected.
Purposely chose Biggby because it’s not a huge chain. The staff is a group of young women, very friendly, who are working their way through school- have to appreciate that! Covid precautions everywhere of course. Definitely stop in, get a coffee & a bite to eat.
I love the Red Bull frozen drink. I use the sugar free Red Bull. It’s a great frozen drink for the price$$
Best coffee! Definitely like it better than Starbucks and dunkin donuts. If you get anything matcha related make sure you ask for extra matcha cause they don't put enough in and it end up tasting like milk.
Normally I really like this place, I love the different specialty drinks and the staff are usually friendly. Today though, I went in and bought a few drinks and food, and the hot drinks tasted like the milk in them had gone kinda bad... When I let them know that I wouldn't be able to finish my drink (I only had a few sips), they didn't even offer to re-make it. The kid working the counter just said that the milk wasn't expired and she didn't know what to tell me. I just didn't get a great vibe, or a great coffee- maybe they left the milk out too long.
