Didnt do direct deposit... Called Thursday to see where my stimulus payment went, because irs site said it was deposited april 15th.. Called and the lady at the front who answered the phone was RUDE! just said I'll get a check, didnt explain how... Im a single mom who's hours have been cut due to this covid-19 and need this money more then anything. I have no heat in my home, and landlord REFUSES to fix... This was supposed to go to that.... Not to mention i spend 300 dollars to file and they filed wrong... They did single instead of head of house!!!!!

Completely unprofessional and I would give negative stara if I could. last week I called about putting my email on my paperwork because I usually get an email from IRS stating that they accepted my refund. The owner Mr. Bloomfield was rude and over talked me and acted oblivious to what I was referring to. And then today I received a letter from the IRS stating that I was missing health care information when I know i brought it with me to file. Completely ridiculous and if I wanted to throw $200 away I would have thrown it out the window so someone else could have made use of it.
