I have visited my sister who lives in nearby Roland OK several times. Each time she brings me to Rialto. Do the people of Fort Smith have any idea how blessed they are to have a restaurant of this caliber in their sleepy little town? The owner is a consummate gentleman, very laid back and very kind. The wait staff is impeccable and just as kind. The food is beyond anything you'd ever expect in such a relatively small city. It is delicious - from the appetizers to the desserts, it is all excellent. And I haven't even mentioned the insanely down-to-earth prices. You won't believe it. I don't know how they do it, but I hope they never stop.

Our party of four dined at the Rialto on November 21, 2020. Our waitstaff person was Vincent who was very attentive and knowledgeable. We ordered three appetizers and four entrees and three desserts to try among us all. Every dish was absolutely wonderful and delightfully seasoned! The premises were clean; the spacing was perfect, and the ambience was lovely! It was a great experience!

My husband and I recently dined at the Rialto and we will definitely be going back!! The staff made us feel special and our server Vincent was amazing!!! He was very attentive to our needs. We never had a chance to ask for anything! He was on top of it and was a joy to talk to. The owner Keith came to our table and was equally delightful. The chef JT makes the best chicken fried steak I've every eaten!! The overall atmosphere made for a great date night. The live piano music made it even more enjoyable. We look forward to having many more experiences at the Rialto!!!

Very select menu.......and everything was Amazing! We got the crab cake for apps which was absolutely divine. The cover it with 2 shrimps and the crab is soooooo sweet. I got the Chicken and shrimp and my bud got the Filet. Chef was on point, several a hoot, and the manager walk over to ask about our meal. Perfect.

My husband and I were excited to try Rialto out, as we had heard such good things about it and seen all the great reviews. My husband is a chef, so he was especially excited to try the menu. We ordered the JT's Chicken and the Chef's Special, which was blackened salmon with shrimp and lobster. The atmosphere was very nice and romantic. We loved the live music. Our server was amazing and very personable. However we were very disappointed in the food. The salad was very good, the in house made dressing was delicious. However the rolls were obviously the frozen Sister Schubert rolls from the grocery store. The JT's Chicken had no flavoring or spice. The mushroom gravy tasked like it was made with canned mushroom soup. The mashed potatoes were instant potatoes - there is no way to disguise that texture. The salmon overcooked. The rice pilaf had no flavoring. For dessert we had the chocolate creme brulee - which was delicious. But my husband had the bread pudding - and it had no cinnamon or other spice. Just bread with custard sauce. We were so disappointed. We paid over $100 for a meal that could have honestly came from a cafeteria. Maybe we hit on a bad night or they were out of certain ingredients? Maybe the main chef was out? But I doubt we go back to find out.
