Very poor service on 3/26/2021 6:15pmnSet the 20 min and all the waitress done was bring water and menunProceeded to do whatever she wanted as we wait at our table next customer comes in she helps him with his to go order then back to do what she wants never ask us for drinks or anything with no one else in here but us and one other gentle man who had done got his food she hasn’t even ask us what we wanted to drink another 10 min pass still nothing another customer walks to counter I figured she had a to go order than was the problem nope she was there to place a order and she proceeded to take. Her order and never even looked at us still waiting on drinks after 30 min ok cool time over I tell her she can keep her water witch we didn’t even want so will never ever be back hope you enjoyed our business every week cause I am glad you make so much money you can afford to lose faithful customers
The food was delicious and the staff was friendly. My only complaint is that they're understaffed however. Prepare for a wait as you go in (for me it was near an hour).nnManagement just needs to hire more people for the floor
Jimbos has gone downhill over the last few years. Food was good. Service and environment was awful. Was charged for a side that I did not receive. Only two restaurants in this town, but I will not be back to this one.
Very good service and the waitress was very kind, helpful and positive.
Delicious breakfast. French toast was awesome! Friendly staff.
