Set up bank account with them and was told it would take a week to get my card, week later still no card and called up there and of course they say it could take up to 14 days. I just need the damn card to pay my bills ud83dude21ud83eudd26ud83cudffc♀ufe0f. It shouldn’t take you this damn long to send it out and for me to get it!
I've banked at Armstrong for 15 years, and I've never dreaded going into the bank until I started having to deal with the staff at Sallisaw. Every single time I've needed something, that I wasn't able to do over the phone or from the app, it seems like a huge inconvenience and like I am a burden to the tellers on the clock. They are not friendly, not professional, and not trained well. I've had to wait several times for a transaction to be corrected because they entered data incorrectly. It could be because they are in a hurry or because they are new? (Turn over is high.) Either way if things do not change quickly, I will find myself a customer some where else.
Always friendly and helpful. I have had my debit card stolen and they were very helpful in keeping my identity safe!
The wait was a little while longer than I'd like.
It has been a pleasure working with the people here. I'm not one for posting things about a business, but I'm thankful they are here to help.
