Today I was told by Lisa in the treasurers office that a deed was a public document in the county clerks office but for some reason it’s not a public document in the public office of the treasurers office. In essence what she had said was that she was not going to do anything to help me because it was going to benefit me and not them. Confusing thing about that is, me buying property and paying taxes on it is directly affecting their office in a positive manner. Very poor customer service
