This business is untrustworthy. They sell defective vehicles and there is no way out of it. In my personal opinion, I don’t believe that they care about their customers. If you had a good experience with this place you better count your lucky stars because that isn’t the case for most people that I know that have been or are a customer here. If you ask around locally, most people will tell you to go anywhere else and I would agree.
I have just bought my second car thru Carmart and couldn’t be happier! Very helpful and friendly, they definitely make good on their word. If you are trying to build credit this is the way to do it.
The staff helped me find what I needed. They were pleasant and friendly making the process as simple as possible.
I love the customer service here is fast and easy.
Poor Experience with this location. Test drove a vehicle got back to them to buy via email as recommended by manager. Offered to put up deposit to hold vehicle and complete on Monday when the maintenance was finished and the insurance offices would be open. He sold vehicle to someone else and notified me later. I am buying elsewhere and will not repeat this experience
