If I could give them less then one stars I would. This store randomly closes before their hours all the time, gets orders wrong all the time and even more so often forgets to give you over HALF your food. This town could literally function perfectly with a new restaurant with people who ACTUALLY know what they're doing. This place needs to be cleaned out and newly staffed or just shut down.nThis is not based off of one visit, this is based off of roughly 7 visits I've had personally with this taco bell.

Heard service quality at the Miami OK location had dropped recently, but went anyway because sometimes people's expectations of fast food can be unreasonably high. They unfortunately were correct. I ordered a chicken quesadilla (it was fine) and a beef soft taco, my wife ordered a bean burrito. We literally could barely tell the difference between the soft taco or burrito because there was only a marble sized dallop of beef on one but everything else was the same proportion between both. There was way more beans than beef on mine. Will avoid the Miami OK location for a while and hope they properly train their staff in that time.

Don't eat hear often but when I do in always in and out never a long wait. But maybe if they waited a bit longer it might be better quality food. My bag is always thrown around. My food contents end up messed up.

Our order was taken correctly and promptly. The girl at the drive-thru was friendly. And the food was hot and fresh when it was delivered.

Had the new double wrapped..... Whatever it was it was gross. Almost 9 bucks with nothing in it like advertised and greece bad!!!! Never again
