Went to order our food. There were only 2 people working. I ordered and the lady said it would be about 10 min. I went back outside to my car and waited 10 min. Went back in and waited and waited. While waiting I noticed they were getting busy. People going through the drive through AFTER I ordered and waited 20 min by then getting their food and leaving while I was still waiting. Total wait time was 40 min. I understand only having 2 people working, but when you get busy like that call someone in.
Went there and they were swamped. But mike and the other employee. Gave us great food. Unfortunately i had to wait but it was out of his control
Love this place! Always clean, curtious and helpful staff always have smiles on their faces. Happily serving up the areas best tasting pizza.
Chosen for no contact reasons, ordered and paid online, chose pick up window. Showed up to find a full store with a sign that said drive up closed. After waiting 20 min for the store to clear while calling inside with no answer I go inside. Said sorry, don't have the time to answer the phone or make it to the drive up...
I really wish the general manager not just the manger would train their employees better. They never answer the phone when i call , they are sometimes rude, the last time i came in for a pick up all the employees were out back i was there waiting for over 30 minutes for my food and it was cold when i finally got it. And today just now ive called 6 times and no answer. Im going some were else.
