Excellent place in Grove, Oklahoma to bank at. Usually pretty fast at drive thru even with a line full of cars. Nice friendly staff. Very well kept place. Plenty of parking. Great location for entering and leaving without hassle of traffic.

Bank is closed at 4pm when hours are posted as 5:30 on the door. The website and in their answering machine. Can never get through to a human being during business hours. Always transfer after transfer then to a voicemail that is never returned. Completely unprofessional!

VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE:nThey made me feel unimportant. I'm retired and wanted to establish an account. I find it extremely rude when your emails and phone calls aren't returned.

I have always had great experiences here. I banked at Arvest for years and just switched to this bank last year. THE BEST! Amber in the drive thru is amazing.
