You should teach your employees that people walking by can hear what they are saying. I am new to the area. I have been truly appalled to hear these people talk while passing by. The first time a guy and a girl were cursing quite loudly in Spanish at each other. Then just this week the same guy was going on and on about politics. I could hear it the whole time I was checking out. I am not sure if he is the manager or not. As a former business owner, I can tell you politics and business don't mix. Shame on you City National for having these people take care of someone's finances. I would definitely not recommend this bank to anyone I know.
The staff is awesome they help me out in a very quick and timely manner. City National Bank is a sister Branch to Fort Sill National Bank. I'm retired from the Army and I've been banking with for FSNB for almost 30 years and I was having some problems with FSNB. I just can't drive 5 hours every time I have a problem. The staff set me up with a new account help me transfer money to my new account made it so simple and easy the stress is gone thank you once again City National Bank staff.
In my opinion this bank is preditory!! The staff are condescending and make sure your visit is unpleasant. The only thing they are good at and able to do correctly
The staff is very friendly and fast paced to get your needs met! They always have a smile and make others smile around them, I highly recommend them! Fast friendly service everyday except Sunday
