Really disappointed with the way things happened when the daughter took over.i was charged for 2 months.. plus late fees..I didn't owe..I showed them recipes for ALL I paid.. and my shed was locked up until I..repaid what I already paid. I rented from them for at least 6 years and always got along with the mom and dad. Even when I was late on a payment..I always paid it up to date and got my stuff out until the next inspection date on my home. I won't rent from them again since the mom didn't want to argue with her daughter about the overpayment and I have proof I paid. She even admitted I had proof and she said..oh well..let's just say it's ok since you paid it up and the lock is off for you to get your stuff now. ... what??!!! Yeah..she got extra money from me.. but that's the last time they will.

I hope that no one reading this has anything storaged at GULICK MINI STORAGE.nnMonday, Aug 13th, we went to the storage unit to add some stuff. When we go there we found the lock had been cut off and several items taken. The most prized thing taken was our 83 yr old moms China Hutch gone. When we rented the unit from Gulick Mini Sorage just North of the First Assembly of God. They let us know they had surveillance cameras and the gate is opened by a four digit code. For the past two months the gate has been opened. We have called them several times and each time they tell us they are working on it. Now they are giving us the run around about looking at the cameras. Supposedly the guy that does that for them has a full time job and doesn’t have time to look at it. THEN HIRE SOMEONE THAT HAS THE TIME!!!! We gave them and the cops the date and approximate time we were last in the storage. So, it shouldn’t be that hard. I will not recommend Gulick Storage Units no one EVER!!!

My bf had a storage unit there that was broken into along with six other units, a lot of the time when you call them douring the day they say I don't have the book with me. You text them an they won't reply the same day. Plus they charge a fee for being late. An won't always return the messege.
