Great park! I used to come here all the time to hike the trail and camp overnight in the primitive camping spot. There is a rope bridge in one of the coves along the trail. You can also walk out on the dam to view the spillway but you cannot cross the lake that way. Beautiful lake, very well maintained. They have added several new things since the early 2000's. At the marina you can rent canoes, kayaks, fishing boats, paddle boards, paddle boats, and they even have a pontoon. There are multiple docks to fish from as well including an indoor dock. Cost is $5 per person to use it. It's a great place to camp and just have a good time! Highly recommend every go check it out.

Attended a Craft Show their cause a friend had a booth selling Wreaths. The Park looks Great. Need to get all our older friends together and have a picnic there this spring. It's beautiful and I saw Deer as I was leaving park.

It's one of my new favorite places. So much information about nature, wildlife and just general info. Great trails, boating, fishing, cabins for overnight or bring your tent or RV.nEnjoy.

Pretty place, but campsites are too close together and there aren't good pics on the website to evaluate the site before you arrive. Eagles Nest sites 33 and 34 look good on the map, but there is no place on either to pitch a tent.

Our family's favorite park! The cabin on the lake is great! Is there still a battery and manual lift in the cabin? This is the only place we can enjoy because it was so accessible and user friendly for people with disabilities!
