We had a slow leak in our tire. The guys in the big truck tire shop helped fix it. They were amazing they had to take the time to adjust all their machines to work on a mini van vs. a big truck. When we tried to pay them they told us no. We threw a bag of snacks at them. Love's truck stop was awesome.
Getting tired of coming in to the subway staff never being on the clock and them saying there isn't anyone else trained. They need 2 people trained(cross trained) on the night shift! We come in nightly on the dot at the same time (about 9 of us) and there are 2 workers who will not be there to avoid serving us. We all are employees of a local bar and always tip the people who help us. Casey is the boy and the girl we never get a name because she is never there! This is ridiculous.
I stopped her in the middle of the day to rest and take a shower. Used my app and it didn't properly connect to the store. I was assigned a shower that had not be cleaned yet. I went to the fuel desk and Antonio Pierce jumped right on it. He first apologized for my delay then he checked to make sure another shower was cleaned properly before allowing me in. At the same time Travis jumped immediately on cleaning the shower that should have been out of service for cleaning. My time as a driver is valuable. When you have 30 minutes to shower or you have driven all day, when you stop all you want to do is get a hot shower, eat and relax before bed. It is so important that those who maintain the shower understand the life of a driver. So, for them to get on top of the showers made my day much better. I hope these two guys know that this type of attention to a tired driver goes a long way. Thank you so much Antonio and Travis
My favorite Love’s to stop at. Always VERY clean, friendly staff and fresh coffee. I have never been disappointed in any way. I wish all the Love’s where of this high standard.
Decent Love’s gas station. A lot of gas pumps but they are normally all full, so normally have to wait to pump gas. Bathrooms are large but almost always dirty / stinky / yucky. Needs to be cleaned more &/or remodeled. Gas prices are normally higher than average at Love’s. Decent inside, snacks, and merchandise. Quick access to the interstate.
